Shipping

All of our items are shipped UPS ground within 14 days of placing your order. Expedited service is available as an option when you check out! We have sold to countries all over the world, but additional charges may apply. Your shipping rate includes handling. There is no tax on shipping.

Returns

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchases! If you need to return or exchange an item, you may send it back within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with the original tags attached.

A return authorization must be obtained from Zinnias within 14 days. Please e-mail your request to returns@zinniasnyc.com. Email must include personal contact information, receipt number, reason for return and details concerning any exchange that you would like to make. Merchandise returned without proper authorization cannot be processed and will be returned at the shippers expense.

We strongly suggest insuring the package and obtaining a tracking number prior to returning the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in shipping. The return authorization number must appear on the outside of the package.
